Our UX/UI Designer will help to solve complex user experiences in collaboration with our product and engineering teams. Work with teammates who want to make a meaningful impact. Our product is complex and crosses many different disciplines. In this role you will need a strong visual design understanding while balancing the importance of the enterprise user’s experience. You will work to expand our design system and patterns to better the lives of our users. With our small team, you will be in a unique position to shape and influence the direction of our product.

  • Envision and create usable, loveable, wireframes, prototypes, and ready for production designs based on your interpretation of the product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Create and build user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas in a collaborative manner with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and design solutions for complex user experience needs and problems.
  • Understand technical functionality and constraints to create and design meaningful solutions compatible with such technical functionality within those constraints.
  • Work to expand, contribute to, and improve our Design System.
  • Think creatively and strategically about the end-to-end customer experience
  • Perform user research and testing
  • Be curious about new tools and technologies.
  • Drive user experiences to be seamless, modern, and trendsetting.



  • 3+ years of experience working as UX/UI designer preferably in cloud native or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex user experience problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create mockups and/or prototypes.
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Being comfortable presenting your design solutions while defending/justifying your thinking from a user-centric perspective.
  • Experience in B2B/Enterprise software preferred.
  • Portfolio and work samples showing user-centered design skills.
  • Survive in a Windows-based world we deal with corporate clients not individual consumers.
  • A desire to work in an environment where priorities change as we learn.
  • Direct marketing experience within Process Management or BPM industry would be a bonus.
