The iGrafx HR Director is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s people management strategy, directing change management and organization development, and overseeing all HR responsibilities and staff. This position affords the successful candidate the opportunity to envision and create a high-performing human capital management function that helps the company grow by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

At iGrafx you will:

  • Plan HR strategy – Define and set the people management strategy, including budget and geographic alignment that will align with the overall company strategy. Define roles, hand-offs, compensation packages, and tools to deliver an efficient and measurable people management process.
  • Monitor effectiveness – Review hiring goals and create reporting to track weekly/monthly progress on candidates, hires, and employee retention.
  • Build and inspire a world-class organization – Recruit and develop talented professionals through a program that includes ongoing coaching and performance management. Lead hiring managers to achieve or exceed the hiring goals worldwide. Bring insights into new and effective ways of recruiting top candidates working across new recruiting platforms with measurable results.
  • Create and improve HR processes – Build a functional group to support a rapidly growing SaaS company. Implement long-range strategies to support this growth while also promoting best practices, tools, and techniques. Implement consistent employee performance, development, and compensation processes globally that align with local compliance regulations and laws.
  • Manage employee onboarding and ongoing training – Review and optimize the onboarding process to ensure talent can start quickly and be effective while maintaining compliance agreements. Ensure corporate training programs are up to date and employees are current on required training.
  • Foster our culture – Review current programs and initiatives to bring employees together, support our core values, and create events that help us celebrate and connect online and offline.
  • Lead by example – Assist with complex issues, conflicts, and cross-functional decision making.
  • Partner with the executive team – Collaborate with the executive team and foster honest and mutually beneficial working relationships to ensure success in a competitive environment.


  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, and at least 5 years in human resource leadership
  • Track record of implementing talent acquisition and development strategies
  • Experienced with coaching hiring managers and cross-department leaders on HR processes
  • Experience with corporate employee benefits in global environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and mutual respect across all functions and levels of the organization; proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing corporate HR information, learning management, and performance management systems
  • Experience working in a Private Equity environment preferred


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master’s Degree and/or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification preferred (may substitute relevant experience in some cases)
