The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Software Engineers. This role will be responsible for the success and productivity of their reports and will be a player-coach, meaning they will also be programming. This position will ensure the team is collaborative, productive and contains the right balance of skills.

  • Act as a resource for software developers on policies, procedures and technical issues.

  • At least 2-3 years of demonstrated success and leadership ability on a team that creates enterprise software.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Proven ability to code enterprise level applications.
  • Demonstrated strong process improvement, analytical problem solving, and data driven decision-making skills.
